2/21/08   We are ok right now. I think that we just need prayers right now. Especially for the children.(karyli , mikayla & michael) And we will hopefully start to demolish the house by next week. Hopefully the neighbors wont be too upset with the construction dumpster being onsite and a  port a potty.......: )

2/20/08 Well, I just wanted to give you an update on how things are looking.
We have gotten the estimates from our insurance company and it looks like Rod Davis and his crew will be rebuilding the house..........We arent sure that we will want to live there again....or should i say that I am not sure that I will want too. The kids are doing ok. Michaels having a difficult time with things. As for the girls, they are getting better everyday. mikaylas had her share of headaches again....she gets migraines quite often and before the fire. wethought that we had them under control. Boy were we wrong. Karylis doing ok with it. A lot of her clothes that we thought would come clean, didnt. The insurance adjuster said that they may never smell the same again. Mark and I are doing good.We def need prayers that we will be in agreement with all of the decisions that we need to make. We are going to have a fire sale to make some money for our stuff. And make sure that everyone who buys something from the sale knows it came from a house fire. And probably give them a 30 day warranty on the electronics and such. Well, I just want to thank everyone that has helped us out. I dont know what we would of done if we were in this alone. Everyone has been awesome and we are so blessed to have all the people in our life that care about us so  much.  

2/13/08 Hi, Well, today is the big day. We are going to be able to check out of the hotel!!!!! The kids are happy to have a bedroom again. They are very thankful for all that everyone has given us. So we are moving over to Galleria Point by the Mall. I just thought that this is another pretty cool thing that happened to us.......... Northside Elementary School paid for us to stay at the Hilton for the first three days.Well, the Hilton, thankfully gave them a great rate. After that it was up to us to find a way to pay....and the hotel told us that the rates would probably not be the same,well, we didnt want to have to move the kids again, and so many people helped us out so we could stay here. Well, last night as I was packing up our hotel room around 1:00 AM, a note was slipped under our door. And it was a checkout reciept, with the rates for the same low rate that Northside had gotten for us and that our balance was ZERO! We dont know who paid for the rest of our stay,but we are extremely thankful and just blessed. I know that we will never be able to thank all of those who helped us through this all. We are all very blessed to live in a wonderful community and have such great friends and family!!!!!!!

2/12/08 Thank you everyone for all that you have done for us. I dont know how we would of gotten thru all this without the help and support of all of our friends and family! God will continue to get us through all of this. And He will be glorified somehow thru out all of this.

2/11/08  Well, I will keep you all updated as quick as I can.  This has been a big challenge in our life but I just want to thank all of the wonderful people that responded to a family in need. We will know a lot more by the end of the week!!!  And we will hopefully be able to move into the apartment on Wednesday.  And we may need someone to help watch the kids so we can get everything done and moved in!!!
